About This Project

Erik Kruger is a keynote speaker, author, and podcast host. tAs an expert in the field of business, his work has helped countless companies and organisations establish better leadership practices for teams and stakeholders.

Every year, Erik releases an annual Leadership Manual, a treasure trove of insights and strategies for enhancing organisational excellence. The 2023 Leadership Manual unveiled ‘Plays’ or practical tactics that managers, leaders, and team members can readily adopt.

These ‘Plays’ encompass strategies for reducing meeting times, techniques for fostering organisation-wide accountability, tips for implementing Radical Candor, guidance for embracing uncertainty, and much more.

This project included researching and writing the ‘Plays,’ and offering implementation guidelines.

The 2023 Leadership Manual was designed by Lisa Bailey Studio.
